Groups for water activities

Water activities or sports are a good form of training for all ages. Water resistance enhances movements and challenges balance. Water buoyancy, on other hand allows for wider trajectories and lightens joint mobility exercises. Water exercise groups organized by the city, have taken into account of all ages and fitness levels.

Registration for water aerobics and deep water exercise groups is in autumn and the groups will be complemented for the spring season if there is space in the groups.
