Collaboration is the foundation of all Kieppi’s activities. We co-operate with, for example, the Geological Survey of Finland, the Finnish Museum of Natural History and local operators, experts and enthusiasts. The local artists bring an important dimension to the delicate nature experience.

Merja Pohjonen, ceramics

Merja Pohjonen’s exhibition is an adventure into space, land and sea. In the ceramic works she has used different manufacturing methods. “I have gradually transformed from a manufacturer of utility objects into a ceramic artist experimenting with pictorial expression.” The exhibition is part of Kieppi’s Elements and Human -workshop (available in Finnish and Swedish).
