You are welcome to organize an event at Music Center Snellman! We offer high-quality technology and a versatile venue as well as a skilled staff.

Organizing an event at Music Center Snellman

Spaces of various sizes and for various purposes:

  • Snellman Hall, adaptable concert hall with a capacity of 500 seats
    (stall 413 m2, stage 16 x 10,8 m / 173 m2)
  • Fordell Hall, intimate with a capacity of 106 seats (150 m2)
  • Café (270,5 m2); 156 customer seats and small stage
  • Foyer (354 m2)

Note. The café and foyer can be booked together for e.g. lager events such as meetings or weddings.

Our open and comfortable facilities also have accessible toilets – Your enjoyment is our goal!

  • On the east side of the building (on the right side when approaching the building) there are double doors for loading and delivery. To the left of loading doors is a door with a doorbell to the venue caretaker.

    Access to the backstage is through the loading doors.

  • Our spaces are very versatile and adaptable. The Snellman Hall can be transformed into a concert hall, event venue, exhibition space or ball room. The Hall has high-quality sound system, effective lighting and equipment for controlling them, i.e. mixing consoles, as well as a skilled staff.

  • The renovated and stunning Music Center Snellman is suited for exhibitions, fairs and sales events. The Snellman hall has 500 seats and can be transformed into a flat floor space and the large stage provides an extra 173 square meters. The Snellman Hall has a high-quality sound system and effective performance lighting that can be utilized at the event. The rental prices include the services of a sound and lighting technician.

    The different spaces can also be combined for exhibitions, fairs and sales events. The intimate Fodell Hall has 106 seats, café restaurant Dolce has about 156 seats and our spacious foyer are easily adapted into a larger space.

    If necessary, we can offer you about 1,300 square meters of space by combining all our spaces for your event.
  • Our prices are combined into service bundles for you to choose from. Prices are exempt from VAT. The duration of a service is 8 h.

    Snellman Hall

    Service bundle 1 (e.g. concerts)

    Includes everything from the buildings sound system to lighting system and the services of one technician-caretaker. Cloakroom service and venue caretaker are provided by us. Does not include a grand piano nor a drum riser.

    Price: 2,100 € (+ VAT 24 %)

    Service bundle 2 (e.g. meetings and stand up)

    Includes the buildings sound system, basic lighting, and the services of one technician-caretaker. Does not include a grand piano nor a drum riser.

    Price: 1600 € (+ VAT 24 %)

    Service bundle 3

    Does not include house services, except caretaker services.

    Price: 1,100 € (+ VAT 24 %)

    Local concert organizer and actors*

    Fordell Hall

    Service bundle 4

    Max. 8 h rental, includes a mobile sound system, wireless microphone, ceiling lights and services of one technician-caretaker. Does not include a grand piano nor a drum riser.

    Price: 325 € (+ VAT 24 %)

    Service bundle 5

    Max. 4 h rental, includes a mobile sound system, wireless microphone, ceiling lights and guidance of a technician-caretaker. Does not include a grand piano nor a drum riser.

    Price: 200 € (+ VAT 24 %)

    Additional hours (Fordell)

    Additional hours (Fordell Hall) cost 100 €/hour (+ VAT 24 %)

    Note. podium and outdoor flag can be included in the prices bundles 1 – 5.

    Café restaurant Dolce

    Max. 8 h rental, includes a mobile sound system, wireless microphone, basic lighting and guidance of a technician-caretaker. Does not include a grand piano nor a drum riser. The size of the space is 270,5 m2.

    Foyer

    Max. 8 h rental, includes a mobile sound system, wireless microphone, basic lighting and guidance of a technician-caretaker. Does not include a grand piano nor a drum riser. The size of the space is 354 m2.

    Café restaurant Dolce + foyer

    Max. 8h rental, includes a mobile sound system, wireless microphone, basic lighting and guidance of a technician-caretaker. Does not include a grand piano nor a drum riser. The total size of the combined spaces is 624,5 m2.

    Cancellation policy

    A reservation can be cancelled free of charge 60 days prior to the event. If the event is cancelled 59-30 days prior to the event, we will charge you 50 % of the rental price. If the cancellation is made less than 29 days prior to the event, we will charge you according to the rental price for the entire booking.

Performers, technicians and suppliers
