NOTE: Tickets prices are always determined by the organizer of the event. • The companion of a paying customer with reduced mobility, visual impairments, hearing or developmental disabilities, autism, dysphasia or who have received a decision on special support will receive a complimentary companion ticket to Music Center Snellman’s own productions.

The Ostrobothnian Chamber Orchestra’s concerts are also free of charge for companions. The companion ticket is free of charge for customers who need personal assistance due to a disability or long-term illness in order to move around in the Music Center Snellman.

However, we cannot offer complimentary companion tickets to events organized by other organizers. The companion must always have an own ticket. If you need a companion, check when buying a ticket whether the companion ticket is complimentary at the event in question.

  • In Music Center Snellman baby changing facilities are found in the accessible toilets. They are designed to accommodate an adult and a child as well as a stroller. Strollers are not allowed into the event space.

We encourage parents to try to attend concerts with children even if the content is not especially aimed at children. Most events allow babies to attend free of charge with a paying adult if they sit on their adult’s lap. The age limit and the price of the children’s ticket are always determined by the organizer of the event.

If the concert has electronic sound reproduction, we recommend that the child wears their own ear protectors.

  • As a rule, photographing, filming and recording of any kind are not permitted without the permission of the artist or person performing. Please follow the instructions on photographing and recording given during the event.
