Customership of the local government pilot is confidential. The local government pilot can answer questions related to your customership via secured mail when necessary. If you need to send us confidential messages or attachments but you don’t have access to the Oma asiointi service, you can send your message via Securedmail.

Office hours during summer

Our office in iPark, Kokkola (Vaasantie 6A) and the regional phone service will be closed from July 1st to July 14th.

The service point in Kaustinen will be closed from July 1st to August 11th, 2024. Employment services will start accepting clients by appointment from August 5th onwards.

Generally, all municipal and city halls will be closed from July 1st to July 28th. You can check the exact opening hours on the municipalities’ own websites.

During the summer, the TE Services’ Oma Asiointi online service will operate normally, and you can submit a contact request through it. Oma Asiointi is the primary service channel through which you can reach employment services.

The specialists will take their summer holidays in stages. Please keep this in mind if you contact your designated specialist directly by phone or text message.

  • Opening hours of the local government pilot’s office in Kaustinen: Mon 9 am−12 am or by appointment.

    In addition, our service advisor at the shared service point is available to assist customers Mon−Thu 9 am−12 am. The service advisor assists with matters related to tax administration, Kela, TE services, the local government pilots on employment and the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.

    The service point offers Internet access for clients who need to use the online services of these authorities.

    The service advisor can assist in using the online services and receive documents. However, it is not possible to register as a job seeker through the service advisor of the shared service point.
