Welcome Office Kokkola

Welcome Office Kokkola offers free information and guidance services in matters related to immigration and integration. The service is provided by the City of Kokkola. The Welcome Office is available to assist you in questions about e.g. services concerning public authority issues, finding a job, working or studying in Finland or any other things you may encounter in your new surroundings. We currently provide our services in Finnish, English and Russian. However, we can also use interpreters, if necessary.

We are located at the drop-in service point of the Kokkola main library and available without appointment on Mondays and Thursdays from 10 – 12 and from 13.00 – 15.30.
